No More Drama was the follow up to Blige’s incredibly successful Mary. Just like its predecessor, the album debuted at the number two spot on the Billboard 200, and it also made it to the top of the R&B Albums chart. No More Drama featured four singles, including the title song, “Dance for Me”, “Rainy Dayz”, and the wildly popular “Family Affair”, which became Blige’s first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100. “Family Affair” was also nominated for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 2002 Grammy Awards. Although the song didn’t win, Blige did take home the award the following year for the track “He Think I Don’t Know”.
